Service description
Iron Box Moving provides residential and commercial moving services in Miami-Dade and across Florida, including local moves, long-distance moves, packing, and specialty-item handling.
Pricing
Estimates provided online or by phone are non-binding until confirmed in a signed written contract. Final price is calculated from actual hours worked, distance, and itemized fees disclosed upfront. We do not add surprise charges.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit any deposit paid. We may reschedule your move only with your prior consent.
Liability
Our liability for loss or damage is governed by FDACS-mandated valuation in your written contract. Default coverage is $0.60 per pound per article unless full-value coverage is purchased separately.
Payment
Payment is due at completion of the move. We accept cash, Zelle, ACH, and major credit cards. Tips are appreciated but never required.
Disputes
Disputes are governed by Florida law and resolved in Miami-Dade County courts.
