Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — name, phone, email, addresses, move details — when you request a quote, place an order, or contact us. We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited via standard web analytics.
How we use it
To prepare your estimate, dispatch your move, communicate with you about your booking, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Sharing
We share data only with the staff and contractors directly handling your move (drivers, foremen, customer support) and with service providers (Twilio for SMS, Resend for email, Supabase for hosting) bound by their own privacy obligations.
Your rights
Florida residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data. Email ibm@ironboxmoving.com to make a request — we respond within 30 days.
Retention
Active customer records are retained for the life of the relationship plus 7 years (Florida tax/business-record requirement). Marketing leads are deleted within 24 months of last contact.
