SMS messages from Iron Box Moving (+1 855 707-4766) are sent ONLY to customers who explicitly opted in through one of the documented forms below. We do not buy phone lists, scrape contacts, or message anyone who has not affirmatively requested communication. This page documents each opt-in surface, the exact disclosure shown at the moment of consent, the messages we may send, and how to stop them.
Where We Collect SMS Opt-In
1.Moving Cost Calculator (Post-Result Phone Capture)
- Location:
- Homepage and 6 audience landing pages (movers-for-apartments, family-movers, luxury-movers, mudanza-miami, russian-movers, same-day-movers), shown after the customer computes a moving estimate.
- Fields:
- Name (optional), Phone (required), SMS opt-in checkbox (unchecked by default).
- Checkbox label shown verbatim to the customer:
- “I agree to receive SMS messages from Iron Box Moving about my quote and moving service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Frequency: 2–4 messages per inquiry.”
- Submit behavior:
- The Submit button is DISABLED until the customer affirmatively checks the opt-in box. Phone numbers are not stored or messaged if the box is not checked.
2.Floating Callback Button (Bottom-Right FAB)
- Location:
- Persistent floating action button at the bottom-right corner of every public page.
- Fields:
- Name (optional), Phone (required), SMS opt-in checkbox (unchecked by default).
- Checkbox label shown verbatim to the customer:
- “I agree to receive SMS messages from Iron Box Moving about my quote and moving service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Frequency: 2–4 messages per inquiry.”
- Submit behavior:
- Same gating: the Submit button is disabled until the opt-in box is checked.
3.Hero Optional Phone Field
- Location:
- Optional phone capture below the primary CTA in the hero section of the homepage and audience landing pages.
- Fields:
- Phone (required), SMS opt-in checkbox (unchecked by default).
- Checkbox label shown verbatim to the customer:

- Submit behavior:
- Submit disabled until opt-in is checked. On success, the customer sees an inline confirmation message.

How to Opt Out
- Reply STOP to any message — we immediately remove your number and send a single confirmation that no further messages will be sent.
- Email ibm@ironboxmoving.com from any address and request removal.
- Reply HELP to any message for assistance information.
Frequency & Charges
- Expected frequency: 2–4 messages per inquiry.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier's plan.
- Iron Box Moving does NOT charge customers for sending or receiving SMS.
Data Storage
- Phone numbers are stored in a secure US-hosted database (Supabase, AWS us-east-1).
- Numbers are used only for the specific service the customer requested.
- Phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.
